Keeping a track of visitors to your organisation is critical for security as well as health and safety reasons, for example, in the event of a fire.
Visitor Tracking
The Visitor Module allows reception and other key staff to:
- Keep a daily register of who is due to visit the building and whom they are visiting.
- Keep track of when they arrive and leave.
- Alert the meeting organiser via email when their visitors check in.
- Keep a record of which meeting room visitors are using in order to track people in case of an emergency.
- Print reports for fire drills.
