The Resource Central Visitor Management module lets you improve the efficiency of the visitor check-in process, enhance site security and manage visitor details more effectively.

The Visitor Management module is adaptable to the needs of the organisation to enable total visibility and tracking of visitors to the office, informing the host when a visitor has arrived and left the building.

Linked to a badge printer, the reception desk can create personalised badges with logos, pictures and bar code entry if required.

Instant reporting enables reception and security staff to view all visitors in the building at any one time for security or fire drill purposes.
